Description:The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) believes that one of the most significant means to inspire and advance the future of aerospace is to fund grants to meet the unmet and unfunded educational needs of students. The program encourages development of innovative aerospace activities within the prescribed curriculum. Funds are considered for the following materials needed for an activity: aerospace technology, biological and physical research, earth science, human exploration and development, space science, classroom mathematics or science demonstration kits, classroom science supplies, kindergarten through grade 12 mathematics and science software, mathematics manipulative materials, supplies for making flying objects, and supplies for robotics programs.
