|Description:||The Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation is given annually to a nonprofit organization that best demonstrates Drucker’s definition of innovation, “change that creates a new dimension of performance” by tackling an ongoing problem in a new way. Previous awardees include community schools, job-training programs, peer-educator training providers, reading initiatives, teacher resource center, and family services.|
Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Competitive proposals describe highly effective programs in small or large organizations that have made a difference in the lives of people served, exemplify innovation by demonstrating new dimensions of performance, and demonstrate specific and measurable outcomes.
