Description:The Drucker Prize (formerly The Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation) is given annually to a nonprofit organization that best demonstrates Drucker’s definition of innovation, “change that creates a new dimension of performance” by tackling an ongoing problem in a new way. Previous awardees include community schools, job-training programs, peer-educator training providers, reading initiatives, teacher resource center, and family services.

Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Competitive proposals describe highly effective programs in small or large organizations that have made a difference in the lives of people served, and exemplify innovation by demonstrating new dimensions of performance. Applications must be submitted online.

Award(s):The first-place award is $100,000.
Deadline(s):Round one applications are due May 12, 2017. Invited round two applications are due August 4, 2017.
